Consumer Connected Demand Response™ - Load Control

Energate supports load management and load conrol programs with our Consumer Connected Demand Response (CCDR) solution, complemented by a range of applications and services. Demand response programs encourage consumers to shift time of electricity use, and can be combined with management using direct load control.

The Energate solution includes a load switch and/or a smart thermostat that allows the utility to control the home's central air conditioning system during critical peak energy use hours, helping to reduce demand for electricity and achieve electric demand reduction goals.
